About me

My fitness journey started as a child i’ve played sports all my life my parents have always had me active and moving. Rather it was little league baseball, pop Warner football or doing landscaping with my father I was constantly moving my body in the heat of the FL sun. Growing up in Florida football was like religion year round we played the sport or trained to become better at it.I didn’t get introduced to weight lifting until I was in 8th grade from that point on my body made a huge transformation I became much stronger and more explosive I gained more muscles mass and endurance and got faster as well. Throughout my high school career I got introduced into calisthenics, plyometrics and speed and agility training. I was blessed enough to have some high quailty trainers in my life who showed me the ropes at a young age which inspired me to learn more and teach others. After high school I went off to college to play football I took everything I learned from the past to the next level with me. Somewhere during this process I became more in love with the preparation for the sport than the actual sport its self I loved the weightlifting aspect of it I loved the conditioning and all the different drills to become better. I was always in the best shape at every level I played at I had a lot of ambition and drive and was highly motivated which rubbed off on my teammates. Throughout college I trained teammates and students around the campus I was obsessed with getting myself better and others around me rather it was in the weight room or on the field doing cardio and conditioning I wanted to help others grow. Today I have the same ambition and drive i’m always looking for ways to help others improve on their fitness journey and also being a prime example of health and wellness. It wasn’t into after college that I learned the importance of proper diet and nutrition. This is a pivtol key to my health journey and a huge eye opener health is wealth!
